We want you to be completely happy with your Eden Park purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help with returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt.
How to Return an Item
- Prepare Your Package: Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
- Complete the Returns Form: Include the form with your package.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center using a tracked delivery service.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please follow the same return process and place a new order on our website.
